We are looking for a Supervisor (Civil) to oversee and manage on-site civil construction activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines while coordinating with engineers, contractors, and workers.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities on site
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
Monitor quality, safety standards, and workmanship
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and labor teams
Maintain daily progress reports and site records
Ensure timely completion of work as per project schedule
Manage material usage and report shortages or issues
Resolve on-site technical and operational problems
Required Qualifications:
Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or relevant field)
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in civil construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
Ability to read and understand civil drawings
Good leadership and team management skills
Basic knowledge of safety norms and procedures

Quality control & safety management
Time management & problem-solving
Communication and reporting skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
