Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful applicant will work under the supervision of a company director and contribute to various project phases, including planning, design, and implementation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to grow their career in engineering consulting from a junior role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Conduct research and gather data for project development.
• Perform calculations and analysis to support engineering decisions.
• Participate in site visits and inspections.
• Document project activities and maintain records.
• Collaborate with team members and project management of design team.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Civil, Structural).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong report writing, proofing and word processing skills.
• Strong spreadsheet skills, programming knowledge a bonus.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g. Civil 3D, Revit, Infodrainage, Robot Structural Analysis).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in an engineering field.
• Knowledge of relevant codes and regulations.
• Familiarity with project management principles.

Pay: €35,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
