You excel in creating superior customer experiences, with a strong focus on quality and the continuous improvement of processes. With your structured and systematic approach, you take full ownership of your tasks, naturally investigating, driving processes, and performing ongoing follow-ups. Building long-term relationships comes easily to you, as you are a professional, competent, and proactive sparring partner.
As our new Claim Handler, your primary role will be to guide colleagues and customers throughout the entire claims process. You will be the go-to person for our customers.
- Collecting relevant, detailed information from customers when a claim is filed and registering the claim in ACT (our claims tool) to ensure all necessary data is available.
- Creating a formal claim and identifying the problem to resolve.
- Collaborating with knowledgeable task owners who provide valuable insights and actions for resolving claims.
- Following up to ensure claims are handled and closed as quickly as possible.
To succeed in this role, we imagine you have:
- A technical bachelor’s degree or technical interest/experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in claims handling or customer service.
- Experience in similar industries is a plus.
