Claims & Security Specialist (Remote Role)

• Manage Security cases including (but not limited to):

  • Unreturned vehicles

  • Vehicle theft

  • Device theft

  • Any theft-related incident on a car (e.g. stolen plates, stolen parts)

  • Police inquiries

• Assist Hosts with damage cases, unrecovered vehicle claims, or car issues following vehicle recovery

• Review and provide feedback on fraud cases and compromised accounts

• Review platform members

• Provide feedback on verification details

• You are organized, can work in a team but also alone and like to create structure.

• You're a problem solver and are confident in your decision-making abilities

• You have a proactive and can-do attitude

• You have exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

• You have minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role

• You have a general knowledge of car mechanics.

Desirable qualifications

• Passion for sharing, collaborative consumption, and tech startups

• Experience working with startups

• Love for cars as much as we do
