We're Hiring: Class 1 Driver

We’re looking for a skilled and safety-focused Excavation Class 1 Driver to join our team. If you know how to haul heavy equipment, navigate tight sites, and lend a hand where it counts, this role puts you in the driver’s seat—literally and figuratively.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operating Class 1 vehicles including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, tandems, and end dumps
• Transporting heavy equipment, materials, and supplies to and from excavation sites
• Securing loads safely and in compliance with transportation regulations
• Performing pre-trip, enroute, and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Keeping accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance
• Assisting the excavation crew with general labor tasks and equipment setup as needed
• Maintaining open communication with supervisors, crew members, and clients
• Reporting any delivery issues, incidents, or safety concerns promptly

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Class 1 license with a clean driver’s abstract
• Experience hauling heavy equipment and using deck trailers, flatbeds, and tandem end dumps
• Strong understanding of vehicle safety standards and transport regulations
• Basic mechanical skills and the ability to perform minor maintenance
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist on site
• Knowledge of excavation operations is a strong asset
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
