Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles across various routes. This role offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team, ensuring timely deliveries. Candidates should possess a strong work ethic, excellent driving skills, and the ability to handle various logistical tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate trucks for deliveries, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations

- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch
- Perform minor automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary to ensure vehicle readiness
- Knowledge of electronic log books an asset . (Motive)

- Follow company policies regarding safety procedures, hours of service, and route planning
Experience
- Valid commercial driver’s class 1 license, with a clean driving record
- Prior experience in commercial driving , minimum 2 years pulling super b.

- Basic automotive repair skills are desirable for troubleshooting vehicle issues on the road

- Ability to navigate using GPS or route planning tools effectively
This position requires a dedicated individual committed to safety, punctuality, and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $500.00 per day
