About the Role

Force Civil Solutions is looking for an experienced Class 1 Driver to join our team. This position focuses on hauling heavy equipment to and from job sites in a fast-paced civil construction environment.

We are looking for someone who knows what they’re doing — not just driving, but handling equipment safely, efficiently, and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, backhoes, and skid steers
• Perform proper load securement in compliance with regulations
• Load and unload equipment safely
• Conduct daily inspections and maintain equipment
• Work closely with dispatch and site crews to keep operations moving

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 License
• Proven experience hauling heavy equipment (required)
• Strong understanding of load securement and safety practices
• Ability to operate equipment (loading/unloading)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience

• Heavy & Tractor-Trailer Driving: 3+ year preferred
• Equipment hauling/operation: strong asset (expected)
