Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roll Off Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating trucks to transport waste to and from construction, industrial and residential sites.
Duties
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Load and unload waste materials at designated locations, ensuring proper handling techniques are used.
- Maintain accurate records of loads transported, including weight tickets and delivery confirmations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding routes, schedules, and any issues encountered during operations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment used.
Requirements
- Experience operating roll off trucks
- Class 1 or 3 drivers license
- Clean drivers abstract
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Able to use smartphone with dispatch software
