The Grade 1 Class Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young students. The role focuses on building foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and social development while ensuring the overall well-being of children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons in subjects like:
• English
• Mathematics
• Environmental Studies (EVS)
• Develop foundational reading, writing, and basic math skills
• Use creative teaching methods (stories, activities, games, visual aids)
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain discipline positively
• Monitor and evaluate students’ academic and social progress
• Prepare worksheets, assignments, and assessments
• Maintain student records and report progress to parents
• Conduct parent-teacher meetings (PTMs)
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and emotional well-being of students
• Organize classroom activities, events, and celebrations
• Collaborate with other teachers and school staff

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
