Position Summary
Classroom support duties include: supporting post-secondary, Academic Upgrading, Contract Training students as required; assisting with student inquiries/ computer issues in the classroom; providing support to students in the classroom; maintaining student attendance records; mailing assignments; proctoring tests; and other classroom support duties as assigned.
Office duties include: working with instructors to book tests; scanning and emailing tests,; photocopying, scanning, filing, and faxing of documents; greeting students and other visitors to the campus; answering telephones; checking and responding to campus email; coordinating tests and other booking in the Campus calendar and identifying potential booking conflicts,; and other office duties as assigned.

1 year certificate or equivalent
