Alexandra College is currently recruiting a full time female cleaner to join our cleaning team. Alexandra College is one of the leading educational institutions in Ireland and has a Pre School , Junior School , Secondary School and Boarding School on campus. The safety of all of our students , staff , parents and visitors is paramount and we strive to provide the highest standard of cleaning and hygiene. Our cleaning team are an imperative part of making this happen.

The successful person will have experience in the cleaning industry and will be positive , outgoing and be able to work as part of a team. This successful candidate will move between multiple buildings providing assistance and cleaning where required. Given this , the successful person must also be flexible and adaptable.

Everyday in Alexandra College is different but the general duties include but are not limited to:

• Cleaning and Sanitising of all areas in various school buildings including classrooms , offices , toilets
• Working in the Boarding House cleaning and sanitising student rooms , common areas , toilets and showers
• Cleaning the exterior outdoor areas
• Providing a safe and hygienic working , living and learning environment

The role is Monday to Friday and the hours would be 11am-7pm. Thursday and Friday. During the month of June/July you will be required to work 3 weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday 8am-4pm). Outside of that you will not be required to work any weekends. You will not be required to work Bank Holidays.
