YourKey Rental Management is expanding in Edmonton! We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaner / Assistant Supervisor to help maintain our short-term rental (STR) properties and residential buildings.

This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in a clean, well-organized space, enjoys hands-on work, and wants to be part of a growing, supportive team.

About the Role

As a Cleaner / Assistant Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for keeping properties spotless, functional, and guest-ready. You’ll complete regular and deep cleans, assist with move-out cleanings, and occasionally support with listing showings for long-term rentals. Light maintenance and supply organization are also part of your daily routine.

You’ll be the go-to person in Edmonton, ensuring high cleaning standards and smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform STR and building cleaning, including deep cleans and move-out cleanings.
• Ensure all homes are guest-ready with linens, supplies, and essentials stocked.
• Maintain property standards and report any maintenance or repair needs.
• Carry out minor maintenance tasks (tightening handles, changing lightbulbs, replacing filters, etc.).
• Assist with listing showings and owner walkthroughs when needed.
• Keep cleaning supplies and storage areas organized.
• Communicate promptly with the Calgary operations team and follow established checklists.

Requirements

• Valid Canadian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (preferred).
• 1+ year of professional cleaning experience (required).
• Ability to pass a clean criminal background check.
• English fluency (spoken & written).
• Available primarily between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with flexibility as needed.
