We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and facilities maintenance, with a focus on commercial cleaning standards. It’s a great opportunity for a single mom or someone just looking for a nice easy side job

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas.
• Maintain Lobby entrances. Clean glass take out recycling and so forth
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, doors, handles and railings to meet health Safety standards
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are used efficiently and stored properly after use.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and facility occupants professionally.
