Friendly, committed, reliable, hard working and conscientious part-time cleaner required to join our cleaning team, at our Veterinary Hospital in Bedford:
Evenings (Mon-Fri) 19:00-21:00pm
Saturdays 17:00-19:00pm
A total of 10hrs per week
Salary based on National Minimum Wage
Previous professional cleaning experience preferred. The successful candidate will work in a team of 3 and supervised by our Cleaning Team Leader
Job description: Part-time Cleaner
Responsible to: Cleaning Team Leader
To complete daily cleaning schedules for:
Ground Floor
Reception areas
Waiting room and retail area (including WC)
All consulting rooms
Warehouse
Hydrotherapy room
Dispensary
Staff WC
Corridors
Prep-room floor
Upstairs/First floor
Staircase
Landing
5 office spaces (including WC and shower room)
Staff room (including loading/unloading dishwasher, WC and shower room)
Staff duty flat (self-contained, 2 bedroomed-apartment with shower room, WC, sitting room and kitchenette)
Main Entrance floor matt(s)
To be Vax Hoovered
Deep cleaning
Required on a weekly/monthly/6 monthly basis: refer to deep cleaning schedule
Each area has a daily cleaning schedule which refers to cleaning products and relevant equipment used for each task.
Personal Protective Equipment is supplied.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- Commercial cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
