Responsibilities:

• Responsible to provide efficient and quality service to clients on timely manner.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE required for the task.
• Ability to manage time effectively and show initiative to work without supervision.
• Follow company safety method statement and construction site best practices.
• Completing required paperwork and client site safety induction prior to commencing work.
• Performing general sweeping, scrubbing and mopping.
• Disposing of rubbish from bins and containers in accordance to site waste removal regulations
• Scrubbing sinks, basins and toilets in bathrooms.

Qualifications and requirements :

• Personal grooming and hygiene is essential.
• Discipline and positive work attitude and able to work as a team or alone.
• Responsible, honest and punctual to work.
• Previous one year on similar role would be advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Knowledge in use and maintaining of industrial equipment safely.
• Ability to prioritise and manage an ever-changing workload.
• MEWP, working at heights, first aider certification would be advantage.
• Valid safe pass and manual handling certification.
• A good understanding of English, both written and spoken.
• Able to commute with own vehicle to work.

Job Types: Part-time, Specified-purpose

Pay: €13.50-€14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Kilkenny, CO. Kilkenny: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
