Cleaner/Janitor

Responsibilities:
- Perform general janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including windows, furniture, and fixtures
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways and lobbies
- Perform floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, and waxing
- Handle minor maintenance tasks and report any major repairs needed
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals in a safe manner

Skills:
- Experience in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of custodial practices and commercial cleaning techniques
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers and carpet cleaners
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
