Cleaner/Operations Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner/Operations Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks in our office, warehouse and on job sites, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met. You will also be required to supervise move in and move outs at designated condo locations, and run errands as needed. Hours are Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:00pm. Must have Class 5 drivers License.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of all areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces.
• Cleaning equipment.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure surfaces are sanitized and maintained to high standards.
• Trash removal.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing special attention or maintenance issues.
• Follow health and safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment .
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
