About the Role
As part of our Salo Cleaning Team, you will be responsible for ensuring our holiday properties are spotless, well-maintained, and ready to provide unforgettable guest experiences. You’ll work closely with a small team of 2 cleaners, driving to properties in Southern Finland and taking on a variety of tasks, including:

• Cleaning and housekeeping, including laundering bedding and towels.
• Snow work: clearing paths and driveways to ensure safe access during the winter.
• Maintenance and cleaning of jacuzzis, saunas, and other villa amenities.
• Following checklists to maintain Stay North’s high cleanliness standards.
• Reporting damages and maintenance needs promptly.
• Using company-provided apps to log completed tasks.

Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidates will:

• Have previous experience in cleaning and housekeeping.
• Be accustomed to winter conditions, including driving on icy roads and performing outdoor tasks like snow clearing.
• Possess a valid driver’s license (required).
• Be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

• Base Location: Muurla, Salo
• Driving: Comfortable driving with manual vehicle
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with a small team to complete tasks efficiently.
