Cleaning Operative

What will the role involve?

➢ End-of-tenancy cleaning for recently vacated properties and upcoming move ins.

➢ Upholstery cleaning (when required).

➢ Power washing of balconies (when required).

➢ Common area common area cleaning.

➢ Ensure cleaning supplies are fully stocked allowing for an efficient service.

➢ Responsible for reporting any maintenance issues encountered.

➢ Care of equipment and storage areas.

➢ Safe use of chemicals.

➢ Work as part of a growing team.

The ideal candidate:

➢ Must hold a Valid Full Clean B driving licence.

➢ Will be able/willing to work closely in a team.

➢ Can demonstrate prior professional experience in a similar role.

➢ Have a keen eye for cleanliness and attention to detail.

➢ Have knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment.

➢ Be an organised self-starter, capable of working on own initiative.

➢ Have great communication skills with both residents and the wider Occu team.

➢ Be detail orientated and will be able to report any potential issues before or as soon as they arise.

➢ Must hold necessary employment permit/visa.

➢ Must be willing to travel.
