Location: Raheen Business Park, Ballycummin, Limerick

Hours: 20 (Mon-Fri , 3 pm - 7 pm)

Rate of Pay: 14.10

Job Description

• Cleaning of Offices and Facilities
• Cleaning, dusting surfaces (high and low)
• Removing rubbish
• Restocking of supplies
• Carpet cleaning using equipment such carpet machines, floor scrubbers vacuum cleaners and buffers.
• Properly and safely use cleaning equipment.
• Work cohesively as a team member
• Work in and around the public in a positive and professional manner
• Adapt to priority changes of workflow or requirements.

Practical:

• Must have a good command of English, both written and oral to follow client and supervisor instruction.
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

HSEQ:

• Ensure safe work practices and procedures are followed on site
• Use of Personal Protective Clothing and Equipment
• Understand how ISO fits into daily business operations
• Read, understand and work in accordance with the company’s HSEQ Policies
• Complete tasks in accordance with company HSEQ procedures and work instructions

Other features of the job:

It may be necessary to work alternative hours, shift patterns or unsociable hours, including weekends and sometimes more than contracted hours. As part of your job, you will be expected to attend training events and/or meetings and travel to other locations may be required. Local requirements will govern your patterns and locations of work.
