Cleaning Operative / Housekeeper

Cleaning And Moving Pro is looking for a Cleaning Operative/Housekeeper to join our team.

Are you a committed and dependable cleaner seeking employment? We are currently looking for individuals to fill various positions with different schedules to help with cleaning tasks.

The successful candidate must have a valid full driving license and be able to drive. They should also be available to work full-time and be flexible with working hours from Monday to Sunday in multiple sites across Galway and Co. Galway. A car/van will be provided for the right candidate.

(The sites are not accessible by public transport, so it is mandatory for the employee to drive.)

Requirements for the Cleaning Operative/Housekeeper Job:

- Must be fully flexible and available to work full-time hours

- Must have a driving license

- Previous experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided

- A good level of English is essential

- Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Ireland

- Full uniform and identification must be worn while working at sites

- Adherence to all health and safety policies and procedures is required

Duties for the Cleaning Operative/Housekeeper:

- Perform daily cleaning duties according to the cleaning checklist and work schedule devised for each client site

- Empty bins

- Vacuum and wash floors

- Dust window ledges, rails, skirting, and glass panels

- Clean toilet areas

- Operate cleaning machinery, including buffers and/or scrubber dryers, vacuums

- Housekeeping tasks include vacuuming, sweeping, emptying trash cans, dusting shelves, cleaning windows, mopping floors, changing linens, washing dishes, and doing light ironing and laundry

- Report any safety hazards to the manager in charge
