Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness within our facilities, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants.
Duties
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform cleaning tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Conduct commercial cleaning duties in various areas
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with building occupants
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks promptly
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Handle heavy lifting when required for moving equipment or supplies
- Assist with custodial duties as needed
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any maintenance issues
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Capability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting
- Knowledge of custodial duties and facilities maintenance is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.55-$28.22 per hour
Work Location: In person
