Cleaning Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at our site in Ancoats, Manchester (M4). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables appropriately.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
• Provide excellent customer service by being courteous and responsive to client needs.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
• Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor is essential
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with clients.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Must have the Right to Work in the UK
• Must have a valid Enhanced DBS dated within the last three years

Daily shifts: Monday, Thursday and Friday 15:30-18:30 and Tuesday and Wednesday 15:30-19:00

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00 per hour
