At H2O BROTHERS, we are looking for someone who has great PRECISION (eye-for-detail) and a great sense of PERSEVERANCE (The ability to overcome challenges through sheer perseverance.).

This job involves:

● Professional cleaning of:

○ Windows

○ Gutters

○ Roofs

○ Walls

○ Ground Surfaces

● Climbing ladder (Max Height: 40FT)

● Working on roofs (Max Height: 60FT)

● Supervise teams.

● Train and mentor teams.

● Ensure safety standards.

● Manage equipment maintenance.

● Maintain quality service standards.

● Coordinate scheduling.

● Communicate with clients.

● Resolve issues promptly.

● Uphold company values.

● Clean criminal record.

● Full driver's license.

● No previous injuries.

● Reliable transportation.

● Attention to detail.
