Position: Clerk
Experience: 0-2 years
Location: Gandhinagar
Qualification: Graduation is must
Candidate having proven Banking/Microfinance /NBFC experience will be most preferred
Job responsibility:
Serves customers by providing information, responding to requests, resolving problems
Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments
Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
Should be Comfortable working with targets
To Develop and maintain relationships with customers
To Address customer inquiries and resolve operational issues.
