Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, managing accounts, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in direct sales, with a focus on technology and technical sales. As a Client Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized service and strategic account management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Conduct outside sales activities to promote our products and services, including presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and proposals to meet client needs while achieving company objectives.
  • Manage client accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development efforts.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product or service improvements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Support technical sales initiatives by understanding client requirements and demonstrating product capabilities effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, or account management within technology or related industries.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Experience in business development and marketing strategies that drive growth.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client relationships.
  • Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and customer needs for strategic planning.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $1,000.00-$2,400.00 per week
