Client Change Manager, Officer

- Manage existing client fund events, new fund/share class launches and other client initiated ad hoc projects
- Tracking and coordination of fund lifecycle events (fund launches, class launches, mergers, etc…)
- Coordinate communication in case of ad hoc projects, monitor and report on progress to clients and internal management
- Build strong relationship with clients to enable long term efficient collaboration and success.
- Building constructive working relationships with various internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in regular client facing meetings and ensuring up to date and accurate information is shared
- Interact with other business units worldwide to ensure proper deliverables are met
- Responsible for maintaining effective internal controls and risk assessment at all steps of the fund events and projects.
- Anticipates, monitors, actively manages and report risks and compliance issues breaches or suspicious activity.
- Act in accordance with Risk Excellence and role model ethical behavior and decision making process.
- Monitoring of communication with aim to turnround all queries within 24 hours
- Carries out assignments under self-direction and creatively overcomes roadblocks
- Develops or implements needed solutions without waiting for direction or leadership role to be assigned
- Demonstrates solid interpersonal relations, responding quickly to difficult situations and resolving them with minimal guidance
- Serves as key resource to client on functional area of expertise
- Excellent administrative, organizational
- Experienced in working towards tight deadlines and with a high level of accuracy and detail
- Strong written and verbal communicational skills
- Degree level education in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or Science related subject
- Good knowledge of the fund administration servicing business (custody, fund accounting and Transfer Agency functions at a minimum)
- Knowledge of the Luxembourg fund administration process, incl NAV valuation process and key custody topics would be an asset but not essential
- Proficiency in English; any additional European Language is preferred
