Position Overview

We’re on the lookout for Entry-Level Client Engagement Specialists who are outgoing, ambitious, and ready to make an impact. In this role, you’ll be the face of our clients, engaging with potential customers, generating leads, and building positive brand experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a knowledgeable representative of our clients in retail environments
• Interact with customers, promote products/services, and answer inquiries
• Generate and qualify leads while providing accurate product insights
• Foster strong customer relationships through engaging and informative conversations
• Collaborate with team members to optimize brand visibility and customer engagement

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, customer-first mindset with a positive attitude
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is helpful but not required
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic retail atmosphere and work flexible schedules, including weekends

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
