Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met through effective communication and strategic account management. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, customer relationship management, and sales experience. This position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your skills in marketing, analysis, and customer service will directly contribute to client satisfaction and business growth.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Manage client accounts using CRM tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements, including wireless products or financial services.
  • Drive customer engagement initiatives through targeted communication strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze client data to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, providing training and ongoing support to maximize product adoption.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address any issues or concerns to foster long-term loyalty.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and assist in closing deals at sales events and outside sales campaigns.
  • Prepare reports on client engagement metrics, project progress, and account performance for senior management.

Skills

  • Above average sales and management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in account management and customer relationship management is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent sales skills with a focus on consultative selling and solution-based approaches.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively engage clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to analyze data to derive insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Strong marketing acumen to develop targeted campaigns that enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on building trust and delivering value-added solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities to address complex client needs efficiently. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
