Client Executive – New business - Sweden

As a New Business Client Executive in Identity and Access Management Cybersecurity space, you’ll be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and acquiring new business opportunities within targeted industries. Your focus will be on understanding the IAM needs of potential clients, articulating our service value, and positioning our solutions to drive revenue growth.
You must be a a self-motivated sales professional with a strong understanding of the IAM landscape and a passion for securing long-term client partnerships.
Key Skills Required:
- Sales & Business Development: Lead generation, pipeline management, and achieving sales targets in the IAM and cybersecurity sectors.
- Client Engagement: Conducting needs assessments, tailoring IAM solutions, and building long-term client relationships.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of IAM solutions, emerging threats, and market trends. Okta ideal, One Identity Manager, Sailpoint, CyberArk etc also considered (with the interest of learning Okta)
- Communication & Presentation: Delivering tailored presentations, product demos, and client proposals.
- Collaboration & CRM: Working with internal teams, vendors, and maintaining CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) for sales tracking and reporting.
- Self-Motivation & Organization: Proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented with a focus on long-term business growth.
- Languages: Fluent Swedish and English
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients in the IAM space, build a quality sales pipeline, and tailor solutions based on client needs to drive sales and meet targets.
- Sales Strategy & Market Research: Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals, stay informed on industry trends, and engage with vendors to enhance proposals and sales efforts.
- Solution Presentation & Proposal Development: Present IAM solutions effectively, create tailored presentations, and prepare detailed proposals in line with client needs, ensuring approval and timely submission.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Work with technical teams to align solutions with client needs, track sales activities, forecast revenue, and maintain accurate CRM records.

- Must be be in Sweden
