Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join our disability advocacy firm. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the initial stages of client engagement, ensuring that all necessary information is collected accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound warm transferred calls and conduct initial consultations with potential clients to gather relevant information regarding their cases.
• Complete online SSD initial applications
• Outbound calls to follow up on outstanding paperwork, etc.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing potential client inquiries and concerns promptly.

Skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with potential clients, clients, and team members.

Potential for bonuses.

Part Time

Monday - Friday 9:30am-2:30pm. Closed/Paid Major Holidays

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
