Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Client Manager who will focus on client relationships and the operational aspects of the collaboration. You will manage the capabilities and play a key role in driving collaboration internally and externally with the client and partners.
Responsibilities
- Client communication and relationship management
- Manage the capabilities and client team to ensure on-time delivery and excellence in execution
- Project manage clients’ communication plans, including timelines and budget
- Review plans to drive greater value through innovation and better ways of working
- Effectively lead and motivate the internal team to produce best-in-class work
- Provide accurate plan details and updates to clients
Qualifications
- +2 years of experience from an agency
- Experience in media strategy and media planning
- Knowledge of the marketing industry and media landscape in Finland
- You are fluent in Finnish and English
- You know how to structure your time and organise projects
- You are a proactive team player who can push forward and get the ball rolling on key projects
