Introduction:
Rare opportunity for a seasoned accountant looking for a clear path to partner within a collegiate and growing business advisory team. A mix of Business Advisory, Outsourced CFO and Compliance for dynamic and engaging clients.

Work

The general practice is divided into Compliance (40%), Business Advisory (30%) and Outsourced CFO (30%).

Experience

The ideal mix of experience is a combination of Business Advisory and Outsourced CFO – however we are open to a candidate coming from either background provided they are happy to do a mix of both.

The candidate should have solid business advisory, compliance and/ or outsourced CFO experience with sophisticated clients, both listed and unlisted.

Qualifications for Success

• Ideally possess eight or more years of experience in a professional accounting practice in a Business Advisor role. Or combination of public accounting and commercial experience
• Exhibit a solid grasp of compliance, coupled with a thirst for continuous learning.
• Possess a curious mindset, actively seeking optimal solutions to benefit your team and clients.
• Take pride in your work and embrace opportunities for training and mentorship.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under competing deadlines.
• Self-driven, capable of working autonomously, and contributing innovative ideas to the team.
• CA / CPA certification.
