Introduction:
House Surveys is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Client Officer to join our innovative and dynamic team. Based in our East Brisbane office, the role is primarily responsible for handling initial enquiries from potential clients, entering information into company systems and coordinating with project managers to prepare and send proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
Monthly invoicing
Organise the schedule
Respond to all inquiries via website or phone
Enter client information into company systems
Collaborate with Project Manager to prepare tenders and coordinate client inquiries
Follow up with clients as necessary
Maintain records of all inquiries, communications and proposals

About You:
Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new systems
Proficient with money and accounts
Trustworthy, reliable, and embraces change with a can-do attitude
Strong client-facing communication skills with a positive, professional manner
Strong organising and scheduling skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
Experience with PandaDoc and Hubspot will be advantageous
