Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, friendly, engaging communicator to join our team part-time to help us build strong relationships with our clients. Your role will be simple but powerful: connect with our clients over the phone, check in, develop genuine rapport and record key information after each call.

Responsibilities

• Make warm, friendly calls to existing clients
• Listen, connect, and build relationships
• Build trust and maintain ongoing relationships
• Answer questions and address concerns
• Provide updates and gather feedback
• Document client interactions
• Represent our brand with warmth and professionalism

What we're looking for:

• Solid data entry skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using basic software and AI
• Professional demeanor while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
• Effective communication to understand client needs to provide improved service
• Comfort making calls and chatting with a wide range of people
• Reliability and consistency
• Prior experience in customer service or client outreach (2+ years)

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
