Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, friendly, engaging communicator to join our team part-time to help us build strong relationships with our clients. Your role will be simple but powerful: connect with our clients over the phone, check in, develop genuine rapport and record key information after each call.
Responsibilities
- Make warm, friendly calls to existing clients
- Listen, connect, and build relationships
- Build trust and maintain ongoing relationships
- Answer questions and address concerns
- Provide updates and gather feedback
- Document client interactions
- Represent our brand with warmth and professionalism
What we're looking for:
- Solid data entry skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using basic software and AI
- Professional demeanor while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Effective communication to understand client needs to provide improved service
- Comfort making calls and chatting with a wide range of people
- Reliability and consistency
- Prior experience in customer service or client outreach (2+ years)

Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
