We're Hiring: Remote Sales Consultants (4 Openings) | CK Heating & Cooling
Remote |
Full-Time | Entry-Level to Experienced
Uncapped Commissions + Bonuses
Are you a motivated, people-first communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment? Do you want to make a real impact helping homeowners upgrade to energy-efficient HVAC solutions across Nova Scotia?
CK Heating and Cooling is growing fast—and we’re looking for 4 enthusiastic Sales Consultants to join our remote team!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Making outbound calls to warm applicants interested in home energy rebate programs in Nova Scotia
- Pre-qualifying customers for government and utility-sponsored programs
- Educating homeowners on energy-efficient HVAC solutions (heat pumps, furnaces, etc.)
- Guiding customers through the next steps toward upgrading their home comfort systems
- No cold calling – all leads provided!
What You Bring:
- A great phone presence and strong communication skills
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Basic understanding of home services or HVAC (training provided)
- A quiet work-from-home setup and reliable internet
- Sales or customer service experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $83,562.00-$100,549.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: Remote
