Are you a motivated, people-first communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment? Do you want to make a real impact helping homeowners upgrade to energy-efficient HVAC solutions across Nova Scotia?

CK Heating and Cooling is growing fast—and we’re looking for 4 enthusiastic Sales Consultants to join our remote team!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Making outbound calls to warm applicants interested in home energy rebate programs in Nova Scotia
• Pre-qualifying customers for government and utility-sponsored programs
• Educating homeowners on energy-efficient HVAC solutions (heat pumps, furnaces, etc.)
• Guiding customers through the next steps toward upgrading their home comfort systems
• No cold calling – all leads provided!

What You Bring:

• A great phone presence and strong communication skills
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• Basic understanding of home services or HVAC (training provided)
• A quiet work-from-home setup and reliable internet
• Sales or customer service experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $83,562.00-$100,549.00 per year

Additional pay:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
