Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and communication-focused Client Relationship Executive / Associate to manage client communication, therapy coordination support, follow-ups, and relationship management. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, coordination ability, and professional communication with clients, therapists, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage communication with clients, parents, and internal teams
• Coordinate appointments, therapy schedules, and follow-ups
• Maintain proper client updates and communication records
• Handle client queries and provide timely support
• Ensure smooth coordination between therapists and families
• Follow up regarding assessments, sessions, payments, and scheduling updates
• Support operational workflow and coordination activities
• Maintain professionalism and communication standards during client interactions
• Assist in resolving client concerns and escalating issues when required
• Prepare and update reports or coordination trackers when needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Client Relationship Executive (CRE), Customer Support Executive, Client Coordinator, or related role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• English communication preferred
• Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordination activities
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Responsible, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare, therapy coordination, customer support, or client management
• Ability to manage communication professionally under pressure
• Good coordination and problem-solving ability
• Strong client handling and relationship management skills

Shift & Work Details

• Shift-based role
• Remote / Work from Home flexibility based on operational requirements
• Shift timings may vary depending on organizational needs

Salary: 18,000 - 25,000 per month
