Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound communication with UK-based clients via calls and emails.

Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions and service

Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client needs and deadlines

Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (neutral or British accent preferred)

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities

Computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
