In this position, you will play a key role in managing customer accounts, offering support, delivering services, providing technical expertise, and engaging with local industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the implementation of service solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
- Analysing customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement, preparing detailed reports to support strategic decisions.
- Continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, implementing best practices to streamline operations.
- Providing expert knowledge and technical support to customers.
- Contributing to the team's goals and objectives.
Skills / Experience:
- Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Proactive in problem-solving and detail-oriented tasks.
- Excellent team player, contributing to group growth and success.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
