Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients to provide exceptional support, managing customer accounts, and fostering strong relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer relationship management, and experience with SaaS platforms like Salesforce. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in project management, sales, and marketing within a fast-paced environment focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Insurance background not require however we required to a minimum of Post secondary degree or experience in a related field.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
- Manage customer accounts, including onboarding, updates, and ongoing support to enhance customer satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track interactions, manage data accuracy, and analyze customer trends
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services
- Assist in developing customer engagement strategies that improve retention and loyalty
- Provide feedback to internal teams regarding customer needs and product improvements
- Support the implementation of SaaS solutions by guiding customers through onboarding processes and training sessions
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
- Proven experience in customer service within SaaS or financial services industries is preferred
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for account management and analysis
- Knowledge of project management principles to coordinate multiple client requests effectively
- Ability to analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Experience in sales or marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions that meet client needs
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining a high level of professionalism

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.51 - $28.91 per hour
