We are seeking a Client Services Assistant who will be assisting our Wealth Manager. You’ll be the key to ensuring smooth onboarding, prompt follow-up, and efficient client support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and service support to clients and advisors
- Assist in policy applications, documentation, and submissions
- Coordinate client reviews and follow-up appointments
- Address client inquiries and provide timely updates
- Maintain CRM records and ensure data accuracy
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Pleasant disposition and friendly
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Meticulous and detail-oriented with good time management to assist Wealth Manager
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Prior experience in financial services or insurance is an advantage
