About the job:

We’re hiring a Client Services Associate! Be the first point of contact for parents seeking trusted childcare. You'll guide them through our services, understand their needs, and match them with the right babysitters or nannies. You'll also recruit and onboard caregivers to ensure top-quality care. Responsibilities

• Speak with clients to understand their childcare requirements, including scheduling, experience preferences, and any special needs.
• Educate clients on our services and how our nanny matching process works.
• Identify and source potential babysitters and nannies through various channels.
• Conduct interviews, assess experience, and perform background/reference checks to ensure high-quality caregivers.
• Match suitable nannies to clients, ensuring a good fit in terms of skills, experience, and personality.
• Assist with work permit applications and necessary documentation when required for nanny placements.
• Ensure smooth execution of nanny placements, resolving any issues that may arise between clients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in client services, recruitment, or HR are welcome
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• If you have CEI certification, it will be an added bonus

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,000.00 per month
