We are looking for a Client Services Associate to join our team and help build and maintain relationships with our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, and helping to create a positive community atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and an ability to think on their feet. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about building relationships and making a difference in the lives of others.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Manage administrative tasks
- Operate multi-line phone systems and demonstrate effective phone etiquette
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and support overall client satisfaction
- Assist with office management tasks and maintain a well-organized workspace
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
