Client Services Co Ordinator

Looking for a one-of-a-kind opportunity to grow in a diverse financial services and technology company, and work on something cutting edge?

Join our team at Findex as a Client Services Coordinator and help us deliver exceptional service to our valued clients.

What will your typical week look like?

  • Ensure exceptional service delivery through effective communication with Consultants, partners, staff and clients.
  • Handle invoice queries and Jira tickets, and prepare monthly fees and invoices for clients.
  • Oversee inbox administration, document management, meeting minutes, and other administrative tasks.
  • Setting up boardrooms for client meetings and training, assisting with ordering catering and client requests
  • Providing support to the HRHS Partner and CS Team as required
  • Drafting documents such as letters of engagement, certificates, as required for consultants as well as sending and reviewing transcripts.

  • Proficiency in conflict resolution techniques
  • Highly skilled in task prioritisation and coordination, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire for continual learning and development
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience in using Canva
