About the Role
A Client Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting client workflow within the business, handling new enquiries, job set up, timely delivery and consistently high-quality output. We are looking for someone who seeks to deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external clients, approaching their role with attention to detail and efficiency. You will work as part of an administrative support team, using internal systems and external platforms to ensure Acumentis meets and exceeds internal and industry performance expectations.
- Handle inbound 1300 calls, webchat and email to seize new opportunities and resolve client queries
- Use of CRM for management of new enquiries, and set up and sending of quotes
- Job set up including property and title searches, requesting and attaching required documentation.

- You have previous customer service experience, but not essential
- You have working knowledge of locations across Western Australia
- You have a great ability to create and maintain working relationships with clients and colleagues
- You are efficient and able to co-ordinate appointments on behalf of our team of valuers.
- You have strong IT skills – fully competent with all Microsoft Office applications.
- You are reliable and have conscientious work ethic
- You are able to manage stress under pressure
