About The Position
Location: Port Pirie
Status: Part Time FTE 0.7 - 6 month contract
Closing Date for Applications: 27th July 2025
The Client Services Officer is the first point of contact for people requiring or enquiring about our services.
As the Client Services Officer, you will assist and respond to people who present at the front counter or phone in on the generic number. You will briefly listen to the person, determine their needs and what assistance is most appropriate, and ensure the person is connected with the programs that will address their immediate needs. Administration tasks are also part of this role.

The roster comprises full-day shifts on Monday and Friday, with afternoon only shifts scheduled for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Skills and Experiences:
You will:
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to engage with a wide range of clients and stakeholders.
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Be warm, friendly and empathetic.
- Current Australian Drivers Licence.
- Relevant experience, in a paid or voluntary capacity.
You may also need to travel between Uniting Country SA sites or interstate as required.
