Coast Performance Rehab in Squamish is growing! Our newest location in Squamish is looking to add to our front desk team.

At COAST, we recognize that our front desk teams are the critical component for the smooth operation of our clinics. This position is the main point of contact and duties will include greeting clients, answering a busy phone line, booking appointments, general clinic cleanliness and presentation, as well as other administrative duties.

We are looking for people who are available for the following shifts:

• Mondays, 2:30 pm–close
• Tuesdays, 2:30 pm–close
• Thursdays, 2:30 pm–close

We are looking for people who:

• Excel at providing friendly and warm service to clients.
• Have experience with and an aptitude for accuracy in data entry, booking appointments, and cash sales/reconciliation. This role is administratively demanding and requires the ability to organize and track tasks efficiently.
• Set high standards of performance and assume responsibility and accountability for successfully completing duties.
• Actively contribute to building a cohesive team in a busy environment where teamwork is essential to the successful flow of the operation.
• Experience in a health clinic or fitness facility will be considered an asset.
• Experience with the JaneApp booking system is an asset.
