We’re looking for a proactive Client Services Team Leader to guide our coordination team and ensure clients receive timely, high-quality support. In this role, you’ll oversee scheduling, support and develop your team, maintain accurate client and Caregiver records, and help manage after-hours rosters and day-to-day service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, support and mentor the Client Services Coordination team
  • Oversee daily scheduling to ensure clients receive timely, consistent services
  • Maintain accurate client and Caregiver records in the client management system
  • Ensure prompt and professional communication with clients and Caregivers
  • Coordinate after-hours and weekend on-call rosters
  • Manage incident reporting, feedback, and follow-up to support quality care

About you

  • Rostering experience is essential.
  • Experience in the aged care/disability sector is highly desirable.
  • Be personable, approachable, motivated, reliable, and passionate with a can-do attitude.
  • Be able to build strong relationships and rapport with internal teams and clients and always deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Be able to learn technologies quickly to interpret and analyse data.
  • Have strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Have proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Be flexible, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure to think on your feet with shifting priorities in an ever-changing environment.
