RA Tas is seeking a proactive and friendly individual to join our southern Service Centre as a Client Services Worker (CSW). This meaningful role provides a professional, welcoming and supportive interface for clients, visitors and other stakeholders engaging with RA Tas.

The CSW delivers a confidential, responsive service that reflects empathy and understanding of client needs – primarily via phone and, at times, in person. The role also includes site based administrative tasks and coordination support to help our service run smoothly.

This is a permanent part time role with the flexibility to extend to full time for the right candidate.

Customer Service and Call Centre Experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly developed administrative skills with the ability to multi-task
Organised with an eye for detail
Good computer skills
Able to exercise a high level of confidentiality
Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team

Benefits

Three days a week up to full time
Hourly rate starting at $34.16
Salary Packaging options (up to $15,900 General Living Expenses and $2,650 Entertainment Benefits TAX FREE each FB year)
